Concept Nisantasi Hotels & Spa, Istanbul

During our 3-night stay, the hotel had pros with a great location near the Nisantasi center and Osman Bey Metro station but also cons as the rooms being a bit shabby and not super clean.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms have some nice balconies with great views of Istanbul city, but there are drawbacks like the additional price, disturbing noise from a nearby technical room for the elevator shaft, and old, dirty shower stalls that lack modern standards. However, the staff were helpful in giving information about reaching different places in Istanbul and keeping the room clean, with Kübra, Ali, and Adem being extraordinary. The location is not ideal, a bit difficult to access and not very close to popular areas, but it's close to a metro station. The dining experience offered a broad selection of classic Turkish dishes, although some aspects were lacking. Overall, my stay had its positives and negatives.

The hotel is in a central location in Nisantasi, near all the shopping stores, featuring clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, it may be challenging to find by taxi and lacks visible staff identification. The dining options are average, but the facilities are well-maintained.
